Hello Doug,

I’m writing to praise you and your staff for providing our guests and us with an extraordinary and wonderful luxury experience at Casa La Laguna. The villa and remarkable staff exceeded our expectations in every way. Angel and José did a perfect job in managing our needs and providing support as requested.

The chefs, Paco and Ariana, couldn’t have been more accommodating in handling our food preferences, preparing one awesome epicurean experience after another for us in accordance with our schedule. José also did a marvelous job of looking after our “refreshment” cravings in the most kind, courteous and pleasant manner, keeping us all well “hydrated.” And everyone who opted for a massage with Tina emerged refreshed, relaxed and reinvigorated.

It was very difficult to say goodbye to our new friends (the staff) and Casa La Laguna. I’m sure that we’ll be back as soon as possible. Here’s a comment from one of our guests, Tom:

Pictures on website are accurate and, if anything, do not fully capture the private resort experience that awaited us. The property had the best attributes of both a small luxury hotel and private villa. The courteous and professional staff was ever-present for our needs, yet never interfered with our privacy. The property is very well maintained with manicured grounds and the 2 level pool with the very fun 15 ft. slide was a big treat. We could not imagine a better villain the Los Cabos area.
