Pricing

• Event fee with no rental: $25,000 plus taxes
• Event fee with rental: 4 night minimum rental, plus:
  • Up to 25 people: no fee
  • 25 to 100 people: one night’s rent
  • 101 to 150 people: 1 ½ night’s rent
