| Bedroom #7, with amazing views, and our Balinese inspired terrace are now complete! We now have 5 bedrooms on that level. The Balinese terrace is absolutely stunning, featuring a very cool water wall, three 8 ft. sofas, and very cool accessories. It’s the perfect setting for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, getting out of the afternoon sun to read, or for tranquil evening reading & tequila sipping. CLL now comfortably sleeps 15-17 guests. We have received many requests for 7 bedrooms over the years, so we’re very excited to bring this great enhancement plus the Balinese terrace.
High season is already in full swing, with the best weather and whale watching season. The whales are already arriving. It’s the biggest whale migration in the world! There’s a reason Jacques Cousteau called the Sea of Cortez, “The World’s Aquarium”, and if anyone would know, that would be Jacques! The whales come around Palmilla point, and cruise right by CLL. Jump in one of our guest kayaks and paddle right out to them, amazing! Or just hang out on our terraces, in our Great Room, or in your bedroom, and take it all in. And not just the whales; you’ll also see dolphins cruising by, tuna boiling, Skates (Manta Rays) popping up all the time, and birds “surfing” the waves. It’s Discovery Channel on steroids right in front; absolutely spectacular!

We are nearly the ONLY 7 bedroom villa ON the beach in Los Cabos that is gourmet full service included in the base rate. It would cost $500-$600+ to outsource these services, with no guarantee of quality. With an amazing gourmet chef and assistant chef for all meals, wonderful in-villa butler, truly world class masseuse Tina managing our in-villa spa, in-villa concierge services, and airport transfer included, this is a truly amazing value!
