Jacques Cousteau called The Sea of Cortez “The World’s Aquarium”. If anyone should know, that would be Jacques! December-April is the sweet spot of high season in Los Cabos, with the best weather AND prime whale watching. They will be here shortly in a big way and as spectacular as ever. People come from all over the world to see what is THE biggest whale migration in the world. No need to go on a whale excursion when they’re 50 yards off the villa all day long, just like the picture below, but excursions are available 5 minutes away at the Puerto Los Cabos marina, 7 minutes away. Or just jump in to one of our guest kayaks and paddle right out to them. I do it all the time; absolutely amazing!
And there’s plenty else to do: An ATV tour or horseback ride from the villa, brought to CLL for you. Or incredible golf, or boating & fishing charters next door at Puerto Los Cabos marina, literally 7 minutes away, all personally arranged by Manager Angel for you. We’re also just 7 minutes from the very vibrant Cabo Farm to Table scene which has become world famous; Flora Farms, ACRE, and Los Tamarindos; so very cool.
Available by Thanksgiving week: Bedroom #7, with amazing views, and a Balinese inspired terrace adjacent to the top floor, which will now have 5 bedrooms on that level. The terrace will feature a very cool water feature, three 8 ft. sofas, and very cool accessories. It will be the perfect setting for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, getting out of the afternoon sun to read, or for tranquil night reading. The furnishings will arrive mid-October when the exteriors will be completed, including the terrace. Construction is well under way; just finished our 3rd week and are ahead of schedule. So we’ll be ready to rock just as high season is in full swing. It’s going to be spectacular!
CLL will now comfortably sleep 15-17 guests. We have received many requests for 7 bedrooms over the years, so we’re very excited to bring this great enhancement plus the Balinese terrace.

- Gourmet chef & assistant chef (food is extra)
- In-Villa Butler daily from 11:00am-10:00pm
- One round-trip airport transfer
- In-Villa world class spa; great value/rates
We are nearly the ONLY 7 bedroom villa ON the beach in Los Cabos that is gourmet full service included in the base rate. It would cost $500-$600+ to outsource these services, with no guarantee of quality. With an amazing gourmet chef and assistant chef for all meals, wonderful in-villa butler, truly world class masseuse Tina managing our in-villa spa, in-villa concierge services, and airport transfer included, this is a truly amazing value!

The last week’s 60th birthday celebration has been a delight. The 13 of us had a wonderful time, hailing from Dallas, Barcelona, Boston, New York, and Sao Paulo.

Julie & Alex, are now physicians. When they joined us, they were 13 & 15.
We’re so proud that CLL has made it possible for Angel & Tina to put both kids through medical school. Julie & Alex got their physiology from somewhere and that would be Tina!
