Starting mid December, we enjoy the biggest whale migration in the WORLD, wow! There’s a reason Jacques Cousteau called the Sea of Cortez, “The World’s Aquarium”. Who would know better than Jacques! The whales come by the One&OnlyPalmilla and into the San Jose Del Cabo coastline, right by CLL. There’s nothing like jumping out of the jacuzzi, getting into one of our guest kayaks, and paddling right out to them. I do it all the time on my SUP. There are whale tours 7 minutes away at the Puerto Los Cabos Marina as well as Swim with the Dolphins in the “non” cement” pond, which are both awesome, but it’s pretty sweet when all of that is right in front!
We’re also just 7 minutes from the very vibrant Cabo Farm to Table scene which has become world famous; Flora Farms, ACRE, and Los Tamarindos; so very cool. And of course there’s ATV riding next door on to the East Cape (right from CLL, brought to the villa for you) and horseback riding.
Coming by December: Bedroom #7, with amazing views, and a Balinese inspired terrace adjacent to the top floor, which will now have 5 bedrooms on that level. The terrace will feature a very cool water feature, three 8 ft. sofas, and very cool accessories. It will be the perfect setting for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, getting out of the afternoon sun to read, or for tranquil night reading. The furnishings will arrive mid-October when the exteriors will be completed, including the terrace. Construction is well under way; just finished our 3rd week and are ahead of schedule. So we’ll be ready to rock just as high season is in full swing. It’s going to be spectacular!
CLL will now comfortably sleep 15-17 guests. We have received many requests for 7 bedrooms over the years, so we’re very excited to bring this great enhancement plus the Balinese terrace.
