Casa La Laguna is all about our absolutely incredible staff. More than one previous guest said they chose CLL because of the villa itself, and weren’t disappointed, but that they are returning because of our staff and impeccable, professional service. Whether it’s Manager Angel, attentive to every guest detail, world class masseuse/spa manager Tina running our top flight Spa (Angel’s wife), AAAA in-villa chefs, our awesome butlers (12:00pm-10:00pm daily), Facility Staff Gonzalo and Benito, or thoughtful Housekeeper Raquel, they all make it happen as an incredible team. And regardless of their function, it’s ALL about the guests.  They simply are passionate about serving.  We’ve had our core team since we opened for business in June, 2008, and we so appreciate their commitment and tenure.
If you didn’t see it, check this amazing video by lifelong friends/neighbors & former CLL guests Ryan & Drew Lawler (Owner-Pacific Coast Sportfishing mag: www.pcsportfishing.com).  Watch them catching & swimming with Marlin, paddling & swimming with whales, and spearfishing a huge yellowtail, all near CLL!  Jacques Cousteau called the Sea of Cortez “The World’s Aquarium for a reason!  The whales arrived mid-December. I paddled right out to more than one; incredible!

Dear Doug,
We had a fantastic trip to Casa La Laguna!!
Quite often, the villa is not as good as the photos but in this case it was far better. Not only was it clean and well maintained but the design was really well done. I have a strong point of view on design and Casa La Laguna really satisfied my asthetic!!
All of the staff were great. They truly have hospitality in their heart. Chef Juan Jose, was so talented, always had a smile on his face, and his assistant Rafi was always available to help. All the meals and drinks were well prepared and presented beautifully. Francisco looked after our every need and made sure the ladies were well attended. The housekeepers and outdoor staff were like Ninjas – always around but never in your way, and they do a terrific job.
Our day at the golf course at Puerto Los Cabos couldn’t have been better; great course, perfect weather. The people at Pisces Sportfishing were efficient and friendly. We had a great time.
I have many years of experience in World Class Hospitality, lodging, food and beverage, and service. Cas La Laguna definitely fits into that category.
We won’t hesitate to recommend your property to our friends and colleagues. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back-we should look for dates for in a few months.
