Casa La Laguna is all about our absolutely incredible staff.  More than one previous guest said they chose CLL because of the villa itself, and weren’t disappointed, but that they are returning because of our staff and impeccable, professional service.  Whether it’s Manager Angel attentive to every guest detail, world class masseuse/spa manager Tina running our top flight spa, incredible in-villa chef Juan Jose with assistant chef Raphael, Butler Francisco, Facility Staff Gonzalo and Benito, or Housekeepers Raquel and Yadira, they all make it happen as an incredible team.  And regardless of their function, it’s ALL about the guests, no matter what they’re doing. 

It’s no wonder that more than one returning guest confirms if our staff is still there.  We’ve had our core team since we opened for business in June, 2008, and we so appreciate their committment and tenure.  Their attention focus on the client is incredible, even making themselves scarce and invisible “like Ninjas” as a luxury hospitality CEO recent described.  Then there’s the little things, like remembering food allergies, doing a spur of the moment Halloween party for the kids of a former Cy Young award winner including purchasing awesome decorations, assembling and flying kites with them on the beach, or world class Mexican fiesta surprise milestone birthday parties on the beach, all put together with style and grace by Angel and the crew; and on and on and on…  Come on down and see what the “perfect villa experience” looks like!!
