2024 & PARTIAL 2025 RATES:

1/02/24 – 5/31/24: $5,900/night

6/01/24 – 9/30/24: $5,400/night

10/01/24 – 11/24/24: $6,400/night

12/2/24 – 12/18/24: $6,400/night

1/02/25 – 5/31/25: $6,400/night

6/01/25 – 9/30/25: $5,900/night

*6 Bedroom Rental: $300 off nightly rate

*5 Bedroom Rental: $600 off nightly rate

*4 Bedroom Rental: $900 off nightly rate

 

2024 Holiday Rates:

11/24/24 – 12/1/24 (Thanksgiving): $7,800/night (5 night minimum)
12/19/24- 12/25/23: (Christmas): $11,800/night (7 night minimum)
12/26/24-1/1/25: (New Years) $15,000/night (7 night minimum)

*4, 5, & 6 Bedroom Rates do not apply to holiday reservations

 

2024 & 2025 Minimum Stays:

4 night minimum stay in regular seasons. Thanksgiving: 5 night minimum stay. Christmas and New Years: 7 night minimum stay.

Event rates: available upon request

Taxes: Additional 19% tax applies to above rental rates (IVA-16%; Bed tax-3%)

Terms:

  • 30% deposit at booking by check, non-refundable one week after posted date.
  • In the case of cancellation, deposit is refundable if Casa La Laguna can re-rent for the same period of time within 30 days; $300 cancellation fee applies
  • Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
  • Security deposit, by credit card, held open until inspection of property at time of departure

Details:

Check-In: 3:00pm; Check-Out: 12:00pm; Special arrangements can be made depending on other reservations.

15% pre-paid Villa Amenity Fee.  Includes staff gratuities for our fabulous team of 8, including General Manager, Assistant Manager, Chefs, Butlers, Housekeeping, Housemen, on-site Concierge, and related amenities. Should guests wish to recognize any of our staff while in-house with additional gratuity, they are welcome to do so.  With our pricing being fully comprehensive, once guests arrive, they will only be responsible for Food & Drink costs, Spa services, and any Special Requests.
